1. Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Shipping is free within Italy and the European Union. For international orders, we charge a flat rate of €18, but orders above €85 qualify for free international shipping.

2. How long will delivery take?

  • Italy: 2–4 business days

  • European Union: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

3. Do you offer free returns?

Yes. We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all orders, including international ones.

4. How do I return or exchange an item?

To start a return or exchange, simply email us at info@luccahomestore.shop with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions.

5. What condition must items be in to qualify for a return?

Items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • In the original packaging with all tags and labels

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

6. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

7. What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@luccahomestore.shop with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods securely through Shopify checkout, including credit/debit cards and other popular options depending on your location.

9. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we may not be able to make modifications.
